Chapter 12: Changes

After the break up, Robyn began to change. She invited me over to her place as she shaved most of her head and died it bright turquoise.  "You ever just feel like you need a change? Isn't this just perfect?"  She motioned to her head and I nodded awkwardly. It was definitely unexpected, but nothing could take away from her beauty.

While I was at her place, we'd often spend time in her room.  Initially, my behavior was awkward, 

I had nervous laughter. 

But after a while. 

Everything began to flow together naturally. We had crossed the friendship line. We were more than just friends now, we were friends with benefits. 

What can I say? Love was in the air.
